We’re thrilled to announce that Pompey Poetry Party poets will be representing Portsmouth at LitFest26: Acts of Resistance this March! A HUGE thanks to creative powerhouse, John Sackett, for involving us in this great event.

As part of the Sounds of the Solent strand, our writers will bring the spirit, grit and voice of Portsmouth to a major regional stage at Mayflower Studios (13th–15th March 2026).

It’s poetry rooted in the city we love — bold, unfiltered and absolutely impossible to ignore.

NOW we need YOU to bring the cheer and Pompey support as our wordsmiths take to the stage.
